Refund policy

At Cunnies Gummies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist with a return in line with Australian Consumer Law and our global return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • The product differs from the advertised description.
  • The product is not what you ordered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@cunniesgummies.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Approval for returns must be obtained prior to sending back your goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in 'as sold' condition (including undamaged packaging).
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns due to defective or damaged goods, or if you received the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for both Australia and international orders. If the item is opened or used, we are unable to accept the return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only provided if the product is faulty or if it does not meet the criteria outlined in Australian Consumer Law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

In line with Australian Consumer Law, exchanges are only permitted if the product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the advertised description. If your product qualifies for an exchange, we will either replace the item or offer a similar product of equal value.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened products or items that have been consumed.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or any personal care items.
  • Perishable goods, including supplements that have been opened or used.
  • Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will inspect the issue and resolve it by either providing a replacement or a refund. We cover the cost of return shipping for these types of issues.
